Refund policy
ביטול עסקה בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע"א-2010 וחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981.
מדיניות ביטול עסקה והחזרות — JEWLLIE
1. ניתן לבטל עסקה מיום ביצוע העסקה ועד 14 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר או מיום קבלת מסמך
הגילוי, לפי המאוחר מביניהם.
2. אדם עם מוגבלות, אזרח ותיק או עולה חדש רשאי לבטל עסקה בתוך ארבעה חודשים מיום
ביצוע העסקה, מיום קבלת המוצר או מיום קבלת מסמך הגילוי, לפי המאוחר, ובלבד
שההתקשרות כללה שיחה בין העוסק לצרכן.
3. הודעת ביטול תימסר בטלפון 050-4546410 או בדוא"ל support@vyril.ai, בציון שם
מלא ומספר הזמנה.
4. בביטול שאינו עקב פגם או אי-התאמה, העוסק רשאי לגבות דמי ביטול בשיעור של 5%
ממחיר המוצר או 100 ש"ח, לפי הנמוך מביניהם. החזרת המוצר לעוסק היא באחריות
הצרכן ועל חשבונו.
5. בביטול עקב פגם, אי-התאמה, אי-אספקה במועד או הפרת חוזה — לא ייגבו דמי ביטול,
והמוצר ייאסף על חשבון העוסק.
6. הזיכוי הכספי יבוצע בתוך 14 ימים מקבלת הודעת הביטול, באותו אמצעי תשלום שבו
בוצעה העסקה.
7. המוצר יוחזר כשלא נעשה בו שימוש, ללא פגם, ובאריזתו המקורית, בצירוף חשבונית.
8. אין באמור כדי לגרוע מזכויות הצרכן על פי כל דין.

Cancellation and Refund Policy — JEWLLIE
You may cancel a purchase from the day the order is placed until 14 days after the product
is delivered, or after the disclosure document is received, whichever is later. Customers
with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants may cancel within four months, where
the sale involved a conversation between the parties.
To cancel, contact us on 050-4546410 or at support@vyril.ai with your full name and
order number.
Where cancellation is not due to a defect or non-conformity, a cancellation fee of 5% of
the price or ILS 100 — whichever is lower — may be charged, and returning the item is at
your expense. Where cancellation follows a defect, non-conformity, late delivery or breach
of contract, no fee is charged and we collect the item at our expense.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of the cancellation notice, to the original payment
method. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, with the
invoice.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the
Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010.
